Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• At least five years of experience in production control or a related field within a manufacturing environment, including supervisory experience.
• Leadership and staff management experience.
• Proven ability to implement process improvements.
• Strong knowledge of KPIs.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production of goods and ensure products are created on time.
• Set and meet production goals.
• Hire, train and supervise workers.
• Identify and fix issues on the production line, testing machines for damage and malfunctions.
• Adjust production levels and staffing to minimize inventory and maximize efficiency.
• Monitor product standards and implement training programs.
• Coordinate with other departments within the facility.
• Communicate with managers, suppliers and procurement teams.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety programs.
• Cross-train teams to maximize production flexibility.
