Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience over a team of 15+.
• Experience with Lean, World Class Manufacturing or similar principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and WMS; Power BI familiarity.
• Ability to document and maintain SOPs and train others.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a production resource to support efficient manufacturing and packaging operations.
• Ensure peak productivity, quality, and performance throughout the production process.
• Supervise daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Lead production teams in transforming raw materials into finished goods.
• Develop and implement Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
• Monitor production performance and drive improvements in safety, quality, efficiency, and output.
• Develop production schedules, then track and adjust to meet production goals.
