Job summary

American National Insulation in Sparks, NV is seeking a seasoned Production Manager to oversee the location's production department, schedule coordination, and customer satisfaction, while driving productivity and profitability.

You will lead a team of installers, manage HR processes, and pursue new business opportunities, with travel up to 50%. This safety-sensitive role requires strong leadership and operational discipline.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience; construction/installation/trades preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred).
• Local travel <50%; position is safety-sensitive.

Responsibilities

• Visit and coordinate production schedules across sites and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support the Branch Manager and drive performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability.
• Manage installers and oversee HR tasks including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, performance management and development.
• Solicit new business at required margins while maintaining existing revenue.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
