Job summary

American National Insulation, Inc. is seeking a Production Manager to lead the location's production department, visit sites, and coordinate production schedules to meet customer needs.

You will work with the Branch Manager to improve performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability while managing a team of installers and monitoring production processes. The role requires at least 4 years of managerial experience, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and a valid driver's license; local

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required (if operating a vehicle for company purposes).
• 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the location's production department.
• Visit worksites, direct and coordinate production schedules, ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support the Branch Manager and improve performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability.
• Manage a team and monitor processes and procedures for installers.
• Handle HR tasks including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, performance management and development.
• Solicit new business while maintaining existing accounts.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
