Job summary

Hayden Industrial in Tulsa, Oklahoma seeks an experienced Production Manager to oversee and optimize manufacturing operations. This role ensures efficient production, high quality, and on-time delivery in the HVAC or heat exchanger sectors.

The successful candidate will lead a team, drive continuous improvement with Lean or Six Sigma, manage the production budget, and coordinate with engineering, procurement, and sales to align capacity with customer needs. Travel is required for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of production management experience in HVAC/heat exchanger industries.
• Strong knowledge of air-cooled heat exchanger manufacturing processes and materials.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and control all production aspects to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.
• Manage the production schedule to meet customer demands and project deadlines while optimizing resources.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Lead, train, and motivate production staff with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.
• Interface with engineering, procurement, and sales to align production capabilities with business needs.
