Jack Link’s Protein Snacks in Wisconsin seeks a Production Lead to supervise a team of production workers Friday through Sunday shifts (5:15 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.). You will ensure food safety standards, maintain equipment and manage staffing, training, and attendance while upholding QA and SQF requirements.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, productivity, and leadership as you drive continuous improvement, investigate issues, and coordinate cross-functional activities with other plant functions.

Qualifications

• Supervise, instruct, and direct Team Members.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Able to organize and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise a production team on a Fri-Sun shift.
• Ensure food safety and quality standards are met and documented.
• Maintain staffing, training, attendance, and performance records.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor safety policies and enforce LOTO, PPE and housekeeping.
