Kraft Heinz in Coshocton is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead safe, high-quality operations and develop teams on the floor. You will drive daily performance, coach shift teams, and apply KHMS to sustain standards and deliver results.

This role requires strong leadership and communication, with a focus on accountability, a data-driven approach, and collaboration with Process Owners to continuously improve plant performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to coach teams, reinforce standards, and drive accountability.
• Familiarity with KHMS routines, performance boards, BOS.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations for an area and shift.
• Lead Level 1 meetings to set direction and follow through.
• Coach teams on Level 0 meetings to build ownership and speed up issues.
• Drive KHMS execution with daily management routines and visual controls.
• Audit performance boards and ensure they are accurate and used.
• Use data and floor observations to identify gaps and remove barriers.
• Support centerline management and sustain process stability.
• Lead BOS management routines to ensure discipline and action tracking.
• Build team capability through coaching and training.
• Lead root-cause problem solving for recurring losses.
• Partner with Process Owners to improve performance.
• Address employee performance and conduct per Kraft Heinz policies.
• Foster safety, teamwork, continuous improvement, and ownership.
