Georgia Pacific is seeking Production Leads for their Janesville, W I manufacturing facility. In this role, you will lead and develop a team while overseeing all aspects of production within the department, ensuring adherence to quality standards, efficient processes, and safety protocols, and delivering high-quality products that meet customer and organizational requirements.

Shift: 2nd10:00 AM - 2:00 PM M-F

Pay: Compensation will be commensurate with experience.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience utilizing math to make precise counts and measurements
• One or more years of experience leading team members in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Experience working cross functionally and with all levels of personnel
• Experience working with Microsoft Office applications
