Georgia-Pacific LLC in Janesville, WI, is seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor to lead hourly operations, hiring and developing staff, and driving PBM culture. This salaried role targets the 3rd shift (Mon-Fri 10pm-6am) with potential weekend coverage.

You will hire and coach the team, align goals with business vision, and push productivity while emphasizing safety and quality. Leadership will include performance reviews and staffing plans.

Your Job

Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor to support and lead our operation in Janesville, WI. This individual will support the hiring and development of hourly operations employees and managing all aspects of their performance. This leader will assist in establishing a Principle-Based Management (PBM) culture and will be accountable for productivity results that are impacted by their team’s performance and capability. This is a salaried position, we are currently hiring for 3rd shift which is generally Monday-Friday from 10pm-6am with potential for weekend coverage.

As part of Georgia-Pacific Food Service Solutions Group, the facility in Janesville, WI is home to roughly 160 employees who take pride in being a leading manufacturer of thermoformed rigid plastic products.
