This individual will support the hiring and development of hourly operations employees and managing all aspects of their performance. This leader will assist in establishing a Principle-Based Management (PBM) culture and will be accountable for productivity results that are impacted by their team’s performance and capability.
This is a salaried position, we are currently hiring for 3rd shift which is generally Monday-Friday from 10pm-6am with potential for weekend coverage.
