Georgia Pacific is seeking Production Operators for their Janesville, WI facility. The Production Operator will support production by operating, monitoring, and optimizing extrusion equipment to ensure consistent product quality and meet or exceed production targets. This role is responsible for maintaining high standards of safety, quality, efficiency, machine up-time, and scrap reduction, while contributing to continuous improvement efforts within the plastics department at the lowest possible cost.
Operators work a 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule.
Scheduled start times will be either 6am OR 6pm
Note: $2 hourly shift differential for night shift
Compensation in this role will be commensurate with experience.
