Job summary

Qualifications

• Involves coordinating with planning, supervisors, and maintenance for throughput goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead team and prioritize work to meet throughput requirements.
• Schedule OT and vacation per policy and staffing projections.
• Address first-line performance issues; escalate when necessary.
• Coordinate resources to move personnel between areas to support daily throughput.
• Promote a harassment-free environment and ensure safe work habits.
• Communicate process control changes and participate in root cause analyses.
• Interface with customers, engineering, and other departments as needed.
