Job summary

Carolina Beverage Group is seeking a Production Lead to manage day-to-day operations at the Mooresville, NC facility. You will lead operators, drive training, and ensure a sanitary, compliant production area to meet output targets.

You will oversee line operations, coordinate with Maintenance and Quality, and drive improvements in yields and efficiency while managing safety and downtime throughout 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Supervise operators and develop the team to meet output goals.
• Ensure sanitation and GMP compliance across the line.
• Lead shift activities, conduct 30/60/90 day reviews for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Ensure materials are staged and lines run efficiently.
• Maintain safety and monitor PPE/GMP compliance.
• Engage with Maintenance and Quality to keep machines and packaging customer-ready.
• Manage downtime, CIP, and changeovers to minimize DT.
