Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related job experience.
• Experience providing leadership to others regarding work-related systems and processes.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily production operations to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Assign work, monitor performance, and provide direction to staff.
• Coordinate with shipping/receiving, maintenance, quality, and management to support goals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to specifications and reduce downtime.
