Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing/production experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret production documents and quality standards.
• Forklift certification required.
• Experience in gas cylinder filling or related operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of the production team, plan work, set priorities, and allocate resources.
• Support cylinder filling and other production tasks to meet orders safely and on time.
• Monitor output, efficiency, quality, and schedule attainment; address bottlenecks.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to staff to promote teamwork and improvement.
• Champion safety culture by enforcing procedures and addressing hazards.
• Ensure production documentation, labeling, traceability, and inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Quality teams to resolve issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.
