Job summary

Sunbelt Solomon is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the assigned manufacturing department, overseeing training, safety adherence, quality, and production targets. You will manage daily operations, ensure compliance with safety and environmental guidelines, and collaborate with leadership to meet goals.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3+ years of supervision in transformer/manufacturing, strong MS Office skills, and experience with WMS.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 3+ years of transformer or manufacturing supervision experience.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• WMS experience preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma knowledge preferred.
• A proven track record in safety excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned manufacturing department and related operations.
• Enforce safety guidelines and environmental compliance.
• Collaborate with manager on daily, weekly, and monthly objectives and communicate to leads and employees.
• Track and report daily production metrics to the manager.
• Analyze production data to identify improvements and implement efficiency strategies.
• Train new employees on safe use of machinery and procedures.
• Manage vendor and client communications.
