Job summary

RSCC Wire & Cable LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Lead Supervisor to direct daily manufacturing operations, lead a team of first-line supervisors, and ensure safety, quality, and cost objectives are met. The role emphasizes proper workforce planning and cross‑functional collaboration for improvements.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of supervisory manufacturing experience, strong mechanical and process aptitude, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in wire and cable manufacturing preferred.
• Strong mechanical and process aptitude; knowledge of wire/cable machinery recommended.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in engineering or manufacturing technology preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to foster teamwork and develop high‑performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, production, and cost goals.
• Lead first-line supervisors and ensure staffing aligns with workload.
• Coordinate scheduling with Master Scheduler for attainable plans.
• Ensure scrap reporting and identify corrective actions.
• Coach teams to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and organize work centers.
• Monitor labor efficiency, capacity, on‑time delivery, and cost reduction.
