Job summary

Ravago Americas in Medina, Ohio is seeking a Production Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment to safely meet quality standards and targets. You will handle feeding, packaging, labeling, and warehouse tasks while following ISO and OSHA policies and contributing to continuous improvement.

You will need at least a high school diploma with forklift experience, ability to read instructions, and operate manual and digital equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, with 1 year forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; basic math.
• Ability to operate machinery and use hand tools and warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety policies and ISO requirements; maintain a safe working environment.
• Pull and stage product for fulfillment and feed to conveyors or other devices.
• Operate and clean production equipment including conveyors, hoppers, blenders, silos, and packaging lines.
• Record data, complete paperwork, and maintain accurate logs and charts.
• Perform material movements and inventory-related tasks; assist with physical inventory.
