Job summary

Ravago Americas, located at 405 Park Tower Dr, Manchester, TN 37355, USA, is seeking Production Technicians to lead safe and efficient production of quality material in a non-climate controlled environment.

The role requires following quality, safety and environmental procedures, handling raw and finished goods, completing box sheets, and ensuring proper labeling. Forklift experience is preferred; knowledge of overhead crane operations is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience with forklift operations is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and complete box sheets with correct data.
• Adherence to quality, safety and environmental procedures.

Responsibilities

• Work in a non-climate controlled environment.
• Follow all Quality, Safety & Environmental Procedures.
• Move, load and package Raw and Finished Goods.
• Complete box sheets with box numbers, temperatures, weights and Conforming/Non-Conforming status.
• Label boxes with Product ID, weights and customer requirements.
• Retrieve a quality sample from each box for quality inspections.
• Complete changeovers between products to prevent contamination.
• Use an overhead crane to transfer blending totes to the top of the extruder.
• Uphold Ravago's Code of Conduct.
