Job summary

Ravago Americas is seeking a Production Technician in Manchester, TN to lead safe and efficient production meeting customer requirements.

The role involves working in a non-climate controlled environment and requires following Quality, Safety & Environmental procedures, moving and packaging materials, and ensuring proper labeling and sampling for quality inspections. Forklift experience is preferred but not required; changeovers and crane operation are also part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and follow procedures for quality, safety and environmental compliance.
• Ability to handle physical tasks including repetitive lifting up to 55 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a non-climate controlled production environment.
• Follow Quality, Safety & Environmental procedures.
• Move, load and package raw and finished goods.
• Complete box sheets with correct numbers, weights and conformity status.
• Label boxes with Product ID and weights; ensure customer requirements are met.
• Retrieve a quality sample from each box for inspections.
• Complete product changeovers with minimal contamination risk.
• Operate overhead crane to transfer blending totes to the extruder.
• Support Team Leader and perform other duties as assigned.
