Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing and workflow to support hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
• Monitor production performance and adjust resources to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning to prioritize orders and meet customer demand.
• Identify and elevate equipment, quality, and process issues.
• Partner with Engineering and Quality to improve work instructions, packaging standards, and processes.
• Lead daily management activities and communicate production results.
