Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Understanding of production workflows and material control processes.
• Ability to read and interpret production documents (work orders, DHRs, QTs, pick lists).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate flow of materials to ensure uninterrupted production and efficient inventory movement.
• Own inventory accuracy in ERP/WMS; perform transactions, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations.
• Collaborate with production, quality, planning, and logistics for material availability and staging.
• Act as SME and escalation point for complex material/inventory issues; drive root-cause analysis.
• Execute advanced inventory processes: receipts, transfers, adjustments, and work order transactions.
• Lead continuous improvement to boost inventory accuracy and material flow.
• Ensure labeling, traceability, and audit readiness compliance.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment and support audits and inventories.
