Qualifications

• 2+ years of post-graduate manufacturing experience.
• Prior leadership experience leading hourly teams.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate production area activities to achieve production, quality, and cost objectives.
• Establish and prioritize production schedules based on product requirements, equipment capacity, material availability, and staffing needs while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory and company standards.
• Train, coach, and support team members to ensure performance expectations and compliance requirements are met.
• Prepare and communicate production updates, metrics, and reports to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Ensure team members understand and comply with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies and EHS Management System (EHSMS) requirements.
