Job summary

You will lead 25+ hourly employees, coordinate production activities, and ensure quality, cost, and regulatory compliance.

You will develop and prioritize schedules, communicate updates and metrics to leadership, coach staff, and ensure EHS adherence and training to maintain a safe, efficient operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years manufacturing experience.
• Experience leading hourly teams of 20+ employees.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate production area activities to achieve production, quality, and cost objectives.
• Develop, coordinate, and implement production schedules and processes.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members to meet performance and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and communicate production updates, metrics, and reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure EHS policies and EHSMS requirements are followed and training is provided.
