Keystone Manufacturing LLC in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking an Associate Production Manager. You will lead production to meet on-time orders with the right quality, oversee creation and closing of work orders, and collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain to align production schedules.

You will manage inbound and outbound shipping and logistics. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in a lead or management role, can work with minimal supervision, and is detail-oriented with strong interpersonal

Formación

• Minimum 3 years in a lead or management setting.
• Must be able to perform sedentary work with periods of active work to support objectives.
• Travel less than 10% to customers, suppliers, training, and other needs.
• Must be able to read and write, and perform basic math.
• Must be able to operate a forklift and/or pallet jack.

Responsabilidades

• Provides coaching and supervision to Program Leads and Medical Device Packaging Specialists to grow leadership.
• Works with supply chain and operations to establish a production schedule to meet delivery.
• Oversees creation and closure of work orders and ensures documents align with Keystone policies.
• Manage outbound shipping and coordinate international shipments when needed.
• Develops and manages plans for staff development and training.
• Supports setup and organization of new manufacturing cells for launches.
