Job summary

Keystone Manufacturing Llc in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking an Associate Production Manager who will lead production to meet on-time orders at the right quality. You will supervise work orders and collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain to align schedules with demand.

The role also manages inbound and outbound shipping, coordinates logistics for domestic and international shipments, and helps develop and train program leads and packaging specialists while maintaining accurate records in IQMS.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a lead or management role.
• Able to perform sedentary work with periods of active tasks to support objectives.
• Travel up to 10% to customers, suppliers, and training.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and supervision to program leads and packaging specialists.
• Coordinate production schedules with operations and supply chain to meet delivery deadlines.
• Oversee creation and closure of work orders per Keystone policies and standards.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipping and logistics, including international shipments.
• Develop plans for program leads and packaging specialists' growth and development.
• Support setup of new manufacturing cells for product launches and assist in MAP creation.
