Qualifications

• Satisfactory completion of a 30-60-90-day review program.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly.
• Must comply with plant safety policies and wear appropriate PPE.

Responsibilities

• Meet and maintain daily production rates & goals.
• Schedule and monitor the production.
• Conduct inspections of work to ensure correctness.

Skills

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Ability to analyze and determine methods and procedures

Ability to use gauges for inspection

Education

High School Diploma or GED or 4 years of solid manufacturing/production experience
