You will participate in daily production, adhere to lean processes, and collaborate with team members to meet targets. Prioritize safety, attend trainings, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble products in assigned cell while maintaining quality and safety.
• Meet daily production rates and adhere to goals set by supervision.
• Read and follow standard work instructions and update on cell activity.
• Attend required training and participate in safety discussions.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and report hazards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects using lean concepts.
