Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) is seeking a Safety Quality Assurance Associate to support production assembly, training, and process improvement across our manufacturing cells. The role emphasizes safety, quality control, and adherence to standard work instructions while supporting new product development and lean initiatives.

The position requires a 30-60-90 day review program completion, strong communication, and the ability to work overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, or 4 years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze methods and procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manufacturing instructions.
• Willingness to work overtime and comply with plant safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with production documentation and administration to meet internal and external customer needs.
• Meet and maintain daily production rates and goals.
• Schedule and monitor production per company instructions.
• Complete required cell activities and documentation for the work cell.
• Identify and address quality and safety concerns through the proper channels.
• Train production staff and participate in continuous improvement activities.
