Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) in Smithfield, NC is seeking a full-time assembler onsite. You will complete assembly activities in an assigned cell, maintain quality and safety standards, and meet daily production targets.

The role requires standing for long periods, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to wear PPE. You will participate in continuous improvement and document cell activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Formación

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Will be required to wear all PPE.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Complete required assembly activities for an assigned cell while maintaining product quality and safety.
• Meet and maintain daily production rates and goals as established by the company.
• Read and follow standard work instructions.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and report safety or quality concerns.
• Document cell activity and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
