Job summary

Race Winning Brands in Berea, OH, seeks a 2nd shift Production Supervisor to lead the hourly workforce and ensure on-time shipments while upholding safety and quality standards. You will allocate staff, monitor performance, drive continuous improvement in a LEAN environment, and coordinate with maintenance and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Significant MIG and TIG welding knowledge with certification preferred.
• Prior group lead or supervisor experience is a plus.
• Lean manufacturing experience and continuous improvement mindset.
• High school diploma or GED required; familiarity with Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct shop personnel to achieve daily output targets and on-time shipments.
• Reallocate staff to meet workload and address absences or shift changes.
• Ensure safety guidelines and quality standards are followed in all tasks.
• Monitor time standards and drive improvements in individual and team performance.
• Promote cross-training and maintain a clean, organized factory floor.
• Support interviewing, hiring and training of new employees as needed.
• Provide input on manufacturability and participate in continuous improvement projects.
