Job summary

RESRG Automotive is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Morehead, KY. You will develop and improve manufacturing processes, lead Lean initiatives, and direct the department to achieve cost, schedule, and productivity targets while ensuring safety and a strong culture.

You will mentor employees, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing people, performance, and discipline.
• Willingness and ability to work 2nd or 3rd Shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead, track and improve performance on key department goals and objectives.
• Develop crew members to improve individual and organizational performance.
• Lead performance management and corrective action processes.
• Continuously improve plant performance through process improvements and lean manufacturing techniques.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production requirements.
• Work with upstream and downstream processes to exceed customer expectations.
