Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct production personnel.
• Provide on-shift workflow direction to the factory team.
• Participate in safety, housekeeping, and lean manufacturing programs.
• Maintain high quality standards for finished goods.
• Manage shift labor resources and communicate staffing needs.
• Provide real-time feedback and participate in performance reviews.
• Enforce policies and procedures and identify training opportunities.
• Position must be performed at the facility.
