Job summary

E-ONE is seeking a Production Lead to support a designated area, line segment or cell, ensuring production indexes meet takt time and daily goals. The role emphasizes using lean tools, visual management, continuous improvement and standard work to drive performance on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing/production environments preferred.
• Ability to follow work instructions and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Understand takt time requirements to plan activities.
• Monitor cell productivity and assist to meet takt time.
• Report status of each cell’s performance to the supervisor.
• Work from orders, manuals, drawings and instructions.
• Follow standard work and conduct start-up meetings when needed.
• Collaborate with supervisor and other departments to resolve issues.
• Champion continuous improvement in work areas.
• Assist in training new and transferred team members.
• Perform other Tech level duties as required.
