Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work independently or in team.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee pre-op and/or tear down depending on shift and coordinate lines setup.
• Review production issues and schedules; collaborate with other departments to prevent downtime.
• Lead continuous improvement plant-wide.
• Assign personnel to work stations and provide associate training as needed.
• Maintain accurate records, including lot tracking, waste, quality checks, and production data.
