Maker's Pride is seeking a Production Lead I to manage line operations, random setup, and performance across shifts in a manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes supervision, training, and adherence to quality standards.

Starting pay is $22.15 per hour with shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Full-time benefits begin after 90 days, including health, dental, 401(k), and wellness options. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Manufacturing experience and leadership skills required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsabilités

• Oversees pre-op and tear down; coordinates lines setup.
• Reviews production issues and schedules; prevents downtime with other departments.
• Leads continuous improvement plant-wide.
• Assigns personnel, provides training, and recommends corrective actions.
• Maintains clear documentation, lot tracking, waste, quality checks, and production records.
