Job summary

Maker's Pride in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a 3rd shift supervisor to guide and train production workers and coordinate quality checks on the assigned line.

You will lead 12–40 employees, assign plant operations during the shift, meet production schedules, and maintain safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Summary

Guide and train production employees and coordinate quality checks on assigned production line.

Job Duties:

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent 2 years of experience working in a food manufacturing environment Fundamental understanding of Lean Manufacturing Sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position.
