Job summary

Maker's Pride in Grand Rapids, MI seeks an engaged supervisor to guide and train production employees on the 1st shift, coordinating quality checks and ensuring safety and adherence to schedules.

The role centers on hands-on leadership, mentoring 12–40 team members, maintaining production flow and proper paperwork, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance. Lean manufacturing and SAP proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent must-have.
• 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Fundamental understanding of Lean Manufacturing is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train 12–40 production employees on the line.
• Coordinate quality checks and ensure production schedules are met.
• Direct plant operations during shift and supervise safety and paperwork.

1st Shift 7:30 AM- 4:00 PM (Monday through Friday) And every other weekend

Job Summary

Minimum Qualifications
