Responsabilités

• Follows food safety requirements with QA, sanitation, and plant resources.
• Leads and/or assists investigations to determine causes of defects.
• Monitors quality output and takes action to ensure first-time quality.
• Performs quality audits and reviews process data for accuracy.
• Ensures PPE usage and enforces safety rules with corrective action.
• Manages daily crewing and operational uptime to maximize production.
