Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Audit QRMP and assist in developing procedures and corrective actions.
• Prepare departmental costs and variances for productivity planning and scheduling.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Suppliers, Engineering, Quality, and factory staff to improve quality and productivity.
• Support safety initiatives and regulatory communication.
• Oversee supervision of production staff and employee development.
• Foster cross-functional teamwork and effective communication with vendors and regulators.
