Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with supervisory experience.
• Must read, write and communicate clearly in English.
• Retail training completion required.
• Prior service industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store operations and production performance to meet or exceed budget.
• Supervise as needed by Store Manager or Production Manager and act in a supervisory capacity during scheduled hours.
• Reach production goal guidelines (minimum of 110 garments per hour with a minimum quality standard of 90%).
• Ensure proper production of donated goods processed and ready to display on the floor.
• Model professional conduct and motivate employees and trainees.
• Maintain a clean store environment, attractive displays, and presentable personnel to reflect Goodwill’s image.
• Maintain safe conditions in back-room areas and keep the store hazard-free.
• Observe personnel and safety policies and ensure Production Associates comply.
• Attend scheduled shifts as assigned by management.
