Job summary

Wyld is seeking a Production Lead in New Jersey to drive high-quality edible production in a fast-paced facility. This role supports daily workflow, opens/closes shifts, and trains team members under supervision to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

The Production Lead will collaborate with Supervisors and Managers, manage scheduling, and uphold safety and sanitation procedures in a dynamic environment at our Ridgefield site.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of food production or kitchen experience.
• Experience leading or supervising a team.
• Proficiency with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead production shifts and provide coaching to the team.
• Prepare and supervise all production tasks to meet quality and deadlines.
• Ensure sanitation and safety standards are followed.
• Coordinate with Supervisors and Managers on training.
• Maintain accurate records and report safety concerns.
