Job summary

Wyld is seeking a Production Manager to lead daily operations across kitchen, packaging, and related production functions in New York (Huntington Station). The role focuses on safety, quality, and efficiency, with responsibility for scheduling, staffing, and continuous improvement.

The position reports to the Director of Operations and requires strong leadership, integrity, and a hands-on approach to achieve production goals while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of directly related experience in automated food manufacturing, packaging or warehouse environment.
• At least 1 year in a Lead, Keyholder, Supervisor or similar related role preferred.
• Must have experience working with a high sense of urgency in a team environment or independently.
• Must understand sanitation, food safety and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations; kitchen, packaging, and production departments to achieve production, quality, and efficiency goals.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust production schedules to meet business demands, inventory requirements, and customer commitments.
• Ensure production resources, staffing, equipment, and materials are effectively allocated to maximize operational efficiency.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
