Job summary

Wyld is seeking a Production Support team member in Ridgefield, NJ to help ensure accurate ingredient handling and clean, compliant production lines. You will rotate stations, log materials, and perform quality checks in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have experience in food production, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with others under pressure. May assist with packaging and adhere to safety standards; 21+ age requirement may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food production or kitchen environment.
• Ability to follow sanitation and safety regulations.
• Strong communication and collaboration in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and log ingredients; rotate stations as needed.
• Operate production equipment in compliance with state guidelines.
• Maintain QA/QC standards and sanitation throughout shifts.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Support packaging duties and adapt to business needs.
