Job summary

Wyld in Ridgefield, New Jersey, is seeking a Production Support team member for our fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will prepare and log ingredients, rotate stations, and perform continuous QA/QC checks while upholding sanitation and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in food production, strong Excel/Office skills, and a willingness to support packaging tasks as needed. English communication is essential, and ServSafe is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ experience in a food production or kitchen environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Must be able to communicate in English, verbally and written.
• ServSafe Food Handler’s Card preferred; background check required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older; ability to obtain state permits/licenses/certifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and log ingredients; rotate stations; operate production equipment.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform QA/QC checks; monitor product quality and waste minimization.
• Support packaging tasks as needed and adapt to business needs.
