Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of production lead/supervisory/management experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Knowledge of batch processing, lean manufacturing terms and techniques.
• Experience with reporting software such as Alliance.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily production to meet schedule, safety, quality and cost goals.
• Leads daily shift production meetings to communicate goals and progress.
• Monitors progress, identifies bottlenecks, and implements improvements.
• Drives lean initiatives (5S, standard work) and maintains a culture of discipline.
• Ensures clean, safe, and compliant work environment; follows OSHA requirements.
