Responsibilities

• Enforce policies and safety regulations, reporting issues to management.
• Enter safety information into compliance software as directed.
• Execute production schedule and address gaps or changes.
• Fill in by working in production when gaps are noted.
• Ensure employees receive required training (compliance, safety, or technical).
• Package production documents for processing.
• Maintain attendance information and schedule payroll-friendly hours.
• Lead shift meetings and communicate with employees as directed.
