• Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, reduce downtime, minimize waste, and increase efficiency.
• Work closely with maintenance, quality, engineering, and other departments to resolve production issues.
• Track production metrics and prepare reports on performance, efficiency, and operational challenges.
• Address employee performance concerns and support training and development initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
