Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Previous experience leading Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Warehouse operations.
• Food manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to improve productivity and lead high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations and plant performance.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage plant budgets, capital projects, and resource planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Support staffing and workforce development efforts.
