Job summary

Wyld is seeking a Production Lead in Clackamas, Oregon to drive daily production and maintain quality. You will support the production team, open/close shifts, coach staff, and ensure safety and sanitation standards.

The role reports to the Kitchen Manager and offers an hourly wage of 24.50 to 29.55 with generous benefits including health, dental and vision coverage, PTO and 401(k). A background in food production and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of lead or supervisory experience in a production/kitchen setting.
• Experience with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist production Supervisors and Managers in training and coaching Production Support employees.
• Open and close shifts and manage daily workflow to meet production goals.
• Ensure proper storage, sanitation and safety practices in all production areas.
• Communicate quality or safety concerns to supervisors.
